This functionality applies to both preview and PDF formats, on mobile and web platforms. Users can enable or disable this feature based on their preferences. Item images are resized proportionally to maintain a neat and organized layout, ensuring no overlap with text.

Step-by-Step Instructions

On the Web Application

1. Enable the Feature:

   • Go to Settings → Invoice Settings.

   • Locate the toggle labeled "Show Item Image on Invoice" under Miscellaneous Details.

   • Switch it to ON.

2. Preview Item Images:

   • Create or edit an invoice.

   • Add items with images. If an image is not available for an item, a placeholder image will appear.

   • View the invoice in preview mode to see item images displayed next to descriptions and prices.

3. Generate and Export PDF:

   • Save the invoice and click on the Export as PDF option.

   • Item images will appear alongside item details in the PDF.

On the Mobile Application

1. Enable the Feature:

   • Tap on the More tab.

   • Navigate to Invoice Settings and toggle ON "Show Item Image on Invoice".

2. Create/Preview Invoice:

   • Add items with images when creating an invoice.

   • Preview the invoice to confirm images are displayed properly next to item descriptions.

3. Export and Share:

   • Save the invoice and use the Share/Export option to generate a PDF with item images included.
