In myBillBook, you can easily manage item notes/descriptions, making your invoices more professional and informative.

Steps to Add Notes/Description to an Item

Step 1: Enable the Feature in Invoice Settings

  1. Go to Settings:

    • Navigate to the Settings option in the navigation bar.

  2. Access Invoice Settings:

    • Select Invoice Settings from the menu.

  3. Toggle the Option:

    • Look for the option Show Item Description in Invoice.

    • Toggle it ON to enable item descriptions on your invoices.

Step 2: Add Item Notes/Descriptions While Creating an Invoice

  1. Add Items to Invoice:

    • Start creating an invoice and add the required items to it.

  2. Edit Item Details:

    • For the item where you want to add a description, click on the EDIT button.

  3. Enter the Description:

    • Go to the Other Details section in the item editor.

    • Enter the item description or note in the Item Description field.

    • Save the changes to reflect the description in the invoice.
