Managing due dates on invoices helps small business owners stay organized and improve cash flow management. By default, myBillBook billing software sets a 7-day due date for all invoices. This guide will show you how to customize or remove the due date while creating invoices, ensuring your billing aligns with your business terms.
How to Add or Change Due Date on an Invoice
Step 1: Open the Invoice Creation Screen
Log in to your myBillBook account.
Go to the Sales or Invoices tab and click Create Invoice.
Step 2: Edit the Default Due Date
On the Invoice Creation screen, locate the Edit button at the top-right corner.
Click on Edit to customize the default due date.
To Set a New Due Date: Enter the desired date or select from the calendar.
To Remove the Due Date: Clear the due date field.

Step 3: Save the Invoice
Once the changes are made, proceed to fill in the rest of the invoice details.
Click Save to finalize the invoice with the updated due date.
