Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access the Create Sales Invoice Screen
Log in to your myBillBook account on the web platform.
Navigate to the Sales Invoice section and click on Create Invoice.
Step 2: Add Items to the Invoice
Search for and add the required item from your inventory.
Step 3: Input the Precise Quantity
In the quantity field, enter the item quantity using up to 4 decimal places (e.g.,
1.2345
).The system will automatically calculate the item total based on the entered quantity and unit price.
Step 4: Review Calculations
Verify that the totals and subtotals reflect the precise quantities entered.
Step 5: Save and Generate the Invoice
Save the invoice and generate it as usual. The final invoice will display the exact quantities for each item.
