How to Set Up and Use This Feature

Step 1: Add UPI ID to the Bank Account

  1. Go to the “Cash & Bank” section in the myBillBook app.

  2. Select the desired bank account you want to update.

  3. Click on “Update Bank Details.”

  4. Select “Edit Bank Details.”

  5. Enter your UPI ID in the provided field.

  6. Click on “Submit” to save the changes.

Step 2: Display the Bank Account on the Invoice

Once the UPI ID is added, you can link the bank account to invoices to display the QR code:

  1. Go to the “Create Sales Invoice” page.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  3. Click on “Add Bank Account.”

  4. Choose the bank account to which you have added the UPI ID.

  5. Click on “Done.”

  6. Save the invoice.

The QR code will now automatically appear on the generated invoice. Customers can scan the code and pay via UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm.
