Steps to Create a Quotation Using myBillBook
Step 1 : Navigate to the Sales Section
On the main dashboard, locate the Sales tab on the navigation bar.
Step 2 : Access the Quotations/Estimate Tab
Under the Sales dropdown menu, click on Quotations/Estimate.
Step 3 : Initiate a New Quotation
Click on the Create Quotation button.
Step 4 : Add Party Details
Select or create the party (customer) for whom the quotation is being prepared.

Step 5 : Include Items and Their Details
Add the items or services being quoted.
Input quantities, prices, tax rates, and any additional information as needed.
Step 6 : Specify Additional Details
Apply discounts, additional charges, or taxes (if applicable).
Add notes or terms & conditions for clarity.
Step 7 : Save and Share the Quotation
Once all details are entered, click on Save Quotation.
You can print, download, or share the quotation directly with your customer via WhatsApp or email.
