Steps to Create Sales Invoice Using myBillBook
Follow these simple steps to create a sales invoice in myBillBook:
Step 1 : Access the Dashboard
Login to myBillBook web version or app.
On the Dashboard screen, click on the “+ Bill / Invoice” button.
Step 2 : Select Party Name
From the dropdown, choose the party to whom you want to issue the invoice.
If the party is new, you can quickly add their details by clicking on “+ Add Party.”
Step 3 : Add Items
Click on “Add Item” to include the products or services being billed.
Fill in the item details, such as item name, quantity, rate, and HSN code if applicable.

Step 4 : Add Charges or Discounts (Optional)
To apply charges like shipping or discounts:
Click on “Add more details”.
Enter the necessary fields such as Additional Charges, Discount (percentage or fixed), or Tax details.
Step 5 : Generate the Invoice
Review the invoice details for accuracy.
Click on “Generate Bill” to finalize the sales invoice.
