Overview: Learn how to offer both UPI and Cash on Delivery payment methods in your MyBillBook online store for better order flexibility and payment collection.

Prerequisites:

• At least one bank account with UPI ID must be added to enable UPI

• You must select at least one payment mode (COD or UPI) to save settings

Step-by-step instructions:

Web/Mobile Settings:

1. Navigate to Online Store > General Store Details

2. Scroll to Payment Options

3. Select Cash on Delivery, UPI Payments, or both

4. Link or edit UPI ID if required

5. Click Save

Customer Checkout:

1. Customer selects a payment method during checkout

2. For COD – simple confirmation

3. For UPI – QR code is displayed after accepting terms

4. Payment goes directly to your account
