myBillBook now makes it easier to remember client birthdays by enabling birthday reminders for parties. This feature helps maintain a personal touch with clients, enhancing relationships and business loyalty. The reminders ensure you never miss a chance to connect with your clients on their special day, adding a unique personal touch to your professional interactions.
Steps to Enable Birthday Reminder Feature
Step 1: Enable Birthday Reminders:
Open the Parties Dashboard in your myBillBook app.
Tap the Settings icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Toggle the Party Birthday Reminders switch to "ON."
Click on the Save button to confirm your settings.
Step 2: Add or Update Party Details:
On the same dashboard, click on the Edit Party icon in the top-right corner.
Navigate to the Other Details section.
Enter the Contact Person's Name and Date of Birth fields accurately.
Save the updated details for the party.
Step 3: Verify the Reminder:
Ensure all saved entries are correct.
Test the reminder feature by checking the calendar or notifications section
