All the invoices created on the myBillBook billing app are made with the default invoice date set to the current date. However, when businesses need to modify the date for specific transactions, myBillBook allows them to edit the invoice date easily. This feature ensures accurate record-keeping and compliance.
How to Change the Invoice Date on myBillBook
Step 1: Open the Invoice Creation Screen
Log in to your myBillBook account.
Go to the “Sales” section and click on “Create Invoice.”
Step 2: Access the Edit Option
On the top-right corner of the Invoice Creation Screen, locate and click on the “Edit” button.

Step 3: Modify the Invoice Date
A date field will appear. Select the desired date from the calendar pop-up or manually enter it.
Step 4: Save the Changes
After selecting the appropriate date, complete the invoice details as needed.
Click “Save” to finalise the invoice with the updated date.
