How to Convert a Quotation to a Sales Invoice

Follow these simple steps to convert a quotation to a sales invoice in myBillBook:

Step 1: Create a Quotation:

• Go to the "Sales" section in the app or web application.

• Click on Quotations and create a new one by filling in the required details, such as party name, items, and prices.

Step 2 : Open the Quotation:

• Navigate to the Quotation List.

• Select the quotation you want to convert.

Step 3 : Convert to Invoice:

• On the quotation preview screen, click the Convert to Invoice button.

• Confirm the action to automatically transform the quotation into a sales invoice

Step 4 : Edit Invoice Details (Optional):

• Add or adjust details such as payment terms or additional discounts, if necessary.

Step 5 : Save the Invoice:

• Once all details are finalised, click Save to confirm the invoice.

Step 6 : Share/Print the Invoice:

• Send the invoice to your customer via WhatsApp, email, or print a physical copy.
