Managing your daily purchases with myBillBook helps you keep track of supplier bills, payments due, and incoming stock. This lets you control expenses, avoid overpayments, and make better restocking decisions for your business.

Step-by-step guide

Go to “Purchase” Section

• From the home screen or menu, select “Purchase Invoices”.

Select Supplier

• Choose from your vendor list or add a new one.

Add Purchase Items

• Select products received, input quantity, rate, and tax if applicable.

Add Expenses or Transport Charges (Optional)

• Add any additional costs linked to the purchase.

Payment Details

• Record full or partial payment made, or mark as payable.

Save Entry

Tap “Save” and the stock will be automatically updated.
