The ability to add or remove a signature on invoices enhances professionalism and compliance for businesses. With myBillBook, users can add a pre-uploaded signature, create a digital signature, or include a blank signature box for manual signing post-printing.
Steps to Add/Remove Signature
Access Settings:
Navigate to the Settings tab from the main navigation bar.
Open Invoice Customization:
Select Manage Business from the dropdown menu.
Choose Invoice Settings.
Upload/Create Signature:
In the Miscellaneous Details section:
Upload a signature: Click on the signature dropdown and select the option to upload an image file of your signature.
Create a signature: Use the available tools to digitally create a signature within the app.
Add an empty signature box: Select the option to leave a blank space for signing manually after printing.
Save Changes:
Once the desired option is selected, click Save to apply the changes to your invoices.
