The ability to add or remove a signature on invoices enhances professionalism and compliance for businesses. With myBillBook, users can add a pre-uploaded signature, create a digital signature, or include a blank signature box for manual signing post-printing.

Steps to Add/Remove Signature

  1. Access Settings:

    • Navigate to the Settings tab from the main navigation bar.

  2. Open Invoice Customization:

    • Select Manage Business from the dropdown menu.

    • Choose Invoice Settings.

  3. Upload/Create Signature:

    • In the Miscellaneous Details section:

      • Upload a signature: Click on the signature dropdown and select the option to upload an image file of your signature.

      • Create a signature: Use the available tools to digitally create a signature within the app.

      • Add an empty signature box: Select the option to leave a blank space for signing manually after printing.

  4. Save Changes:

    • Once the desired option is selected, click Save to apply the changes to your invoices.
