Steps to Share Invoices in PDF/Image

Follow these simple steps:

1. Locate the Invoice:

   • Open the myBillBook app or website and navigate to the invoice you want to share.

2. Download as PDF:

   • Click the "Download PDF" button located at the top left of the invoice screen.

   • Save the PDF file to your computer or mobile device.

   • Share the PDF file via email, WhatsApp, or any other messaging platform.

3. Share via WhatsApp or SMS:

   • Click on the "Share" dropdown menu at the top of the screen.

   • Choose WhatsApp to share the invoice directly (a QR code or link may appear to complete the action).

   • Choose SMS to send the invoice link as a text message.

4. Print as an Image (Optional):

   • Use the "Print PDF" option to open the invoice preview.

   • Take a screenshot of the preview to save it as an image.

   • Share the image via your preferred platform.
