Feature Overview

myBillBook has introduced a comprehensive update allowing users to select advanced payment modes such as UPI, card, and net banking across all voucher types. This improvement expands the traditional options of cash, cheque, and bank to include contemporary modes of payment, making transactions more flexible and convenient for businesses.

Payment Modes Available

  1. Cash

  2. UPI

  3. Card

  4. Net Banking

  5. Bank Transfer

  6. Cheque

How to Use Enhanced Payment Modes

Web/Desktop App:

  1. Log in to your myBillBook account.

  2. Navigate to the desired Voucher Type (e.g., Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice, Payment In).

  3. Click on Payment Mode during the voucher creation process.

  4. From the dropdown list, select the desired payment method:

    • Cash

    • UPI

    • Card

    • Net Banking

    • Bank Transfer

    • Cheque

  5. Complete other details and click Save.

Mobile App:

  1. Open the myBillBook mobile app.

  2. Go to the Voucher Type you wish to create.

  3. Under Payment Details, tap on the Payment Mode option.

  4. Choose from the available modes and proceed with completing the voucher.

  5. Tap Save to finalize the voucher.
