Prerequisites for Adding Your Logo to Thermal Bills
Before you upload your logo, make sure to adjust it to the correct size and format to ensure it prints properly. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Resize Your Logo
Download and save your logo on your computer.
Visit Pixlr.com.
Scroll down and click on Pixlr Editor.
Select +Open Image and upload your logo file.
Go to Image > Smart Resize and set:
Width: 210 pixels
Height: 70 pixels
Click Apply to resize the logo.
Step 2: Convert Your Logo to Monochrome (Black & White)
From the top menu, select Adjustment > Auto B&W to convert the logo to black and white.
Click File > Save and choose PNG format.
Save the converted logo to your computer.
Step 3: Convert the Logo to BMP Format
Use an online BMP converter, such as this link.
Set Colour to 1 (Mono).
Click on Add Image Files and select your PNG logo.
The conversion will start automatically. Click on the Download File Name to save the BMP file.
Step 4: Upload Your Monochrome Logo in MyBillBook
Log in to the myBillBook web app.
From the left menu, click on Settings.
Select Thermal Print.
Click Upload Monochrome Logo and choose the BMP file you saved.
A preview of your logo on the thermal bill will be displayed.
Important Notes:
One-Time Setup: This is a one-time setup. You donβt need to upload your logo each time you print a thermal bill.
Multiple Businesses: If you manage multiple businesses, upload the relevant logo for each one under your subscription.
