How the Toggle Works: If you're using any other theme (like Stylish) but want to share invoices in luxury theme for WhatsApp and payment links, simply enable the luxury theme toggle in Invoice Settings. Your invoices will maintain your chosen primary theme for regular use, but automatically switch to luxury theme when sharing.
The Luxury Theme is particularly valuable for service businesses, consultants, premium retailers, and any business wanting to project a high-end image through their invoicing.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Setting Up Luxury Theme During Onboarding
For New Users:
Access During Initial Setup:
During your myBillBook onboarding process, you'll see theme selection options
The Luxury Theme appears as the first option to encourage adoption
Click on "Luxury Theme" to select it as your default invoice theme
Complete Setup:
Continue through the onboarding process
Your invoices will automatically use the luxury theme design
All shared invoices will maintain the premium appearance
Configuring Luxury Theme in Invoice Settings
For Existing Users:
Access Invoice Settings:
Navigate to Settings in your myBillBook dashboard
Select Invoice Settings from the menu
Look for the Theme section
Theme Selection Options:
Option A - Your luxury theme is already upgraded and ready to use or
Option B - You'll see an "Explore Now" banner and can select the luxury theme
Note: This banner appears only for specific user groups as part of a gradual rollout to ensure the best user experience.
