Steps to Add Discounts to Items in Invoices

Follow these simple steps to include discounts for individual items:

Step-by-Step Process

1. Create an Invoice

   • Navigate to the Sales section and click on Create Invoice.

   • Add a party and select the items you want to include in the invoice.

2. Locate the Discount Field

   • In the item details section, locate the Discount field.

3. Enter the Discount Value

   • Choose between:

     • Percentage: Enter the desired percentage discount.

     • Amount: Enter the fixed discount amount.

4. Save the Item

   • Click Done to apply the discount to the item.

5. Generate the Invoice

   • Review the invoice details.

   • Click Generate Bill to finalize and display the item-wise discount in the invoice.
