How to Enable Low-Stock Alerts in myBillBook
Follow these simple steps to activate Low-Stock Alerts for your items in myBillBook:
Step 1: Go to the Items Dashboard
Open the myBillBook app (Web, Desktop, or Mobile).
From the navigation menu, tap on "Items" to view your inventory list.
Step 2: Edit the Item
Select the item for which you want to enable a low-stock alert.
Tap on the Edit Item icon located at the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Enable Low-Stock Alerts
Navigate to the Stock section within the Edit Item screen.
Toggle on the "Low Stock Alert" option.
Step 4: Set Low-Stock Quantity
Enter the desired Low-Stock Quantity value. This is the minimum threshold for the stock.
Save your changes by tapping on the "Save" button.
