How to Set-Up and Enable Wholesale Pricing Feature

Follow these simple steps to enable and configure wholesale pricing for items in myBillBook:

Step 1: Enable Wholesale Pricing

  1. Open the Items Dashboard.

  2. On the top-right corner of the screen, click on the Item Settings button.

  3. In the Item Settings Menu, locate the Wholesale Price option.

  4. Toggle the Wholesale Price button to enable it.

  5. Click on the Save button to apply changes.

Step 2: Add Wholesale Price to an Item

  1. After enabling the Wholesale Price option, go back to the Items Dashboard.

  2. Click on Create New Item or Edit Existing Item.

  3. Under the Pricing Details section, you will see the Add Wholesale Rate option.

  4. Click on Add Wholesale Rate.

  5. Enter the following details:

    • Wholesale Price (the discounted price for bulk orders).

    • Minimum Wholesale Quantity (the minimum number of items required for the wholesale rate to apply).

  6. Click on Save to finalize.

Step 3: Wholesale Rate Auto-Applies During Invoicing

  • When a customer places an order exceeding the specified Minimum Wholesale Quantity, the Wholesale Rate will automatically be applied to the invoice.
