Step-by-Step Guide to View & Share Party Statements

Follow these step-by-step instructions to view and share party statements:

Step 1 : Navigate to the Parties Section

  • On the navigation bar, click on Parties.

Step 2 : Select the Party

  • From the list, select the party name whose statement you want to view and share.

Step 3 : Access the Ledger (Party Statement)

  • On the selected party’s detail page, click on the Ledger (Statement) tab.

Step 4 : Download or Share the Statement

  • To download the statement:

    • Click on the Download PDF button to save the statement on your device.

  • To share the statement directly:

    • Click on the Share button.

    • Choose from the available sharing options:

      • SMS

      • WhatsApp

    • The statement will be shared in PDF format with the party.
