Step-by-step guide

Go to “Purchase” Section

  • From the home screen or menu, select “Purchase Invoices”.

Select Supplier

  • Choose from your vendor list or add a new one.

Add Purchase Items

  • Select products received, input quantity, rate, and tax if applicable.

Add Expenses or Transport Charges (Optional)

  • Add any additional costs linked to the purchase.

Payment Details

  • Record full or partial payment made, or mark as payable.

Save Entry
